(Bloomberg) — Ukraine said Russia hit the Black Sea port of Odesa with a ballistic missile on Saturday, damaging a civilian vessel and shipping infrastructure.

The damaged ship sails under the Panamanian flag and is owned by a European company, regional governor Oleh Kiper said on Telegram without providing more detail. Two port employees were also injured in the strike.

Odesa is the third largest city in Ukraine, with a pre-war population of about 1 million people. Its port is one of the largest in the Black Sea basin, handling cargo from grains to oil.

The port has been frequently targeted by Russian drones and missiles as part of the Kremlin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, now into its fourth year.

In February a drone attack injured at least four people and left 160,000 without power and heating with temperatures dropping well below freezing. Four cargo ships were hit in the port in October.
