Exclusive data from Marketing Week’s 2025 Career & Salary Survey reveals a generation of marketers on the edge of burnout. Over half of the more than 3,500 marketers surveyed have felt overwhelmed (58.1%) and undervalued (56.1%) over the past 12 months.
